I have been married for 30 years to Jim Beckley who I met in college. We have lived in the Willow Glen/Cambell area of San Jose in the same house for 26 years. We have two amazing daughters, Megan, age 25 and Elise, age 22. I am, and have been a teacher at Price Middle School in San Jose for 11 years. I run the Student Activities program (ASB), teach a Yearbook class, Speech & Debate (I was on the Speech & Debate team in college), Dance PE (that Saberette training put to good use) and 1 regular PE class. Prior to teaching at Price, I taught part-time for 15 years at a varity of Junior Colleges in the area while raising my children. I enjoy traveling, gardening, reading, & playing canasta with friends.
