After graduating from high school, I went to Sioux Falls College in South Dakota for two and a half years. From there I went with a roommate to St. Paul, MN. I have lived in the area every since. I was married for 19 years before divorcing my spouse. We had four children (2 girls and 2 boys). My oldest son died July 3, 2003 at the age of 23. My daughters are married and have children of their own. Now I have 5 grandchildren all under the age of 5. My youngest son is 13 so no empty nest for me yet.
